Nip/Tuck is nearing its end on FX. The network ordered an additional 19 episodes of the series, which will be the show's last, president John Landgraf said at the Television Critics Association tour....
"The series will end its run on the network in 2011. Creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy will stay on through the series finale."
I can not believe that NIP TUCK is gonna be over for good,But that is the way it works all good shows are ending for good soon we will have nothing left to watch on TV.
ReplyDeleteYou cannot leave it like this. This is the only show that I got into b/c I do not watch TV. I will completely blow off FX if they take Nip Tuck off the air.

This is exactly how I felt about La Femme Nikita. Quality cast, quality writing and after several years off the air, the craving is still there. It's the only series I've bought on DVD. Nip Tuck will probably be No.2. /sigh*
ReplyDeletewe are in disbelief. Nip/Tuck is the only reason why we even tack time out of the day to watch T.V. We switch shifts at work to see it. In the past several years the only thing that my room-mate and I watch is the news. Nip/ Tuck is what we look forward to every year. What are you thinking??? People strike up conversations based on Nip/Tuck. Only fools would end such a good thing. KEEP NIP/TUCK ALIVE!!!!!!

wow...i know you can continue with the all amazing nip/tuck...there is so much material out there, especially since you are filming in LA! like the others, i don't watch TV...but nip/tuck...so sad.

Over the years my husband and I finally found a show that we both loved!! I'm in total shock to hear that the show is ending.... boy that sure bites!

ReplyDeleteIt is too bad that FX is going to end Nip/Tuck. On the other hand, if their intent is to screw up every other episode with absurdly long promos of other shows it's probably for the best. I honestly thought that idiot "battle of the brides" promo was part of the premier it was so long. Note to everyone on this blog who says they don't watch TV: GOOD FOR YOU!!!
ReplyDeleteThere is no better show on FX. the angle that Nip/Tuck captures the South Fla. and Southern Cali. vibe is unmatched by any other show. It's mystery, drama, action,suspense, romance and travel exotica all rolled into one sexy package. Truely sad that FX has made this decision. Perhaps their promotion of the show is what's lacking, because the show is certainly not...

ReplyDeleteSean and Christian did a liposuction on a death row inmate so he could be killed. In exchange Matt was released. It was the episode before last night's (which was the first of the second part of the season).
ReplyDeleteIn that episode the death row inmate turned out to be innocent. Matt spoke to a guy who confessed to everything but Matt let the guy get executed anyway so he could go free.

ReplyDeleteomg nip tuck cannot leave i love this show. It needs to stay on at least till 2012. at least get two more season. or maybe just go up to ten season altogether. I think people dont know how to judge, why the hell would you take nip tuck away
